As you know, the star tattoo is very popular these days, my friend said that at least 10 people get star tattoo everyday. This is a nice little neck tattoo. A heart on top of a heart on top of a heart. I’m not sure what it is meant to mean to this person, if anything. The artwork is lower end but good enough for what this neck tattoo is.
